Women’s Self-Defense Class – June 7, 2020

This class will improve and provide education in physical self-defense techniques, the proper mindset in a fun and inviting women’s only environment.

Join us and improve your self-confidence, self-defense knowledge, and fitness.

We will cover the fighting mindset, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and physical self-defense techniques.

Students completing this course will leave with a newfound confidence in their skills for self-defense situations.
